The DNA Products Sliding Chill doors can be manufactured with various blade thickness ranging from 60mm, 80mm and 100mm, depending on the temperature and customer specification.
The door blades are manufactured using a PIR core with a white food-safe laminate coating, capped with silver anodised aluminium section with all fixings hidden.
All doors are manufactured to size, to suit customers exact requirements.

DESIGN
Frame: Silver anodised aluminium thermal broken wrap around frame section to suit various panel thickness from 50mm to 300mm.
Colours: All doors are white food-safe as standard.
Insulating: Injected polyurethane to a density of 42Kg/m³. Food safe panels used for the door leaf.
Sealing: All doors have a food-safe Neoprene perimeter gasket to three sides of the door blade and a sweeper gasket at the bottom for efficient sealing.
Furniture: All doors are fitted with furniture as standard including Internal Handle, External Handle and Sliding Rail system. A set of Floor Guides is also supplied. Wall mounted Guides and Guide Rail are available upon request.

Options
Rails: We offer different Sliding Rail Systems to suit your needs and also a Fire Rated option upon request.
Material: As an extra you can upgrade to a stainless-steel Sliding Rail System.
Protection: Protective Kick Plates in aluminium or stainless steel can be added upon request.
Lock: A lock is not included as standard but can be supplied if necessary.
Freezer: Low Voltage Heater Cable and Transformer for Freezer Doors.
Special: Should you have an overhead track running from one room to another, upon request, we can add this feature.
Automation: A DNA Products Auto Kit can be installed for automatic operation. This can be purchased and installed at a later date if required.
