DNA Products Swing Doors are manufactured in the UK using the latest manufacturing techniques combined with robust materials sourced from our trusted suppliers, to produce a hard wearing and long-lasting door system for positive thermal environments. Available as a single or double door, with a vision panel included as standard to comply with the latest health & safety regulations.
Using easily washable food grade materials has made these doors the ideal solution for access in food areas where hygiene is of great importance. Most customers are moving away from flexible doors for these rigid more robust doors as they last longer and work better.
Very resistant door, ideal for environments where cleaning chemicals are used daily. The optional teardrop bumpers make these swing doors an excellent choice for use by personnel, pallets, or trolleys. Double swing action means these doors will increase the flow of traffic in both directions and the spring-loaded hinges will ensure the door leaves return to their closed position when not in use.
Can be provided with additional teardrop bumpers. This directs the pressure of the impact away from the hinges.
Application
For separating work rooms, corridors, and adjoining areas at positive temperatures. Fast and easy access between two areas with little resistance.
PANEL
- Made up by 15mm thick high-density polyethylene sheet with 40mm thick vertical reinforcing (hinge side), both manufactured by pressing.
- Thick polyethylene protection on both sides of the door, manufactured by pressing.
- Assembly with stainless steel nuts and bolts
- Vision panel with tempered glass, assembled on EPDM with rounded edges.
- Adjustment longitudinal seal assembled on slat-guide rail on panel, on opposite side to the hinges.
- Frame manufactured in extruded aluminium profiles
- Side extension profiles to suit any panel thickness 60mm extendable edge profile at both ends for adapting to any panel thickness
- Standard finish in silver Anodised Aluminium
- Hinges manufactured in grey composite, with 90° angle blocking mechanism, flush mounted on panel
- Nuts and bolts in stainless steel
