Therefore, we offer our services as a company with many years of experience working in the industry. DNA Products bring together an experienced workforce specializing in many products.
With a larger range of products, we can provide our customers with a greater range of solutions to their Industrial Door or Cold Storage problems, for example we can now provide Modular Walk-in Coldrooms, bespoke made to measure Coldrooms and numerous other options.
Most of the products we offer are custom built to meet our customers’ needs meaning less preparation is required on site before installation.
They are available in a range of colours and finishes.
We can offer a service contract to cover specified products to help reduce costs for repairs. DNA Products also provide servicing and maintenance on a non-contracted basis. Basically, this means that if you have a breakdown or malfunction you can call us in to repair or quote to replace the faulty door even if you don’t have a service contract with us.
Our response times aim to get an engineer to you within 48 hours from receipt of call.
However, if the breakdown or malfunction raises serious security or safety issues then we will send an engineer as soon as possible during or after office hours, the same day. We can be contacted during office hours by telephone or email. Phones and emails are also monitored out of hours.
Sub-Contracting
We currently work with a number of supply only businesses offering our expertise for installation, service and maintenance of their products. We use unmarked uniforms and vehicles and will carry out any work required in the name of the supplier.

Some of these companies prefer to pass the installation work and after-care directly to us to prevent them having to get involved in the Health & Safety nightmare that is site work.
We have all of the relevant accreditations, qualifications and knowledge required to carry out any necessary work.
We also carry out work for other door companies when they are busy or short staffed.
We have a wide knowledge base including working on almost all types of industrial doors. We are well known for sourcing original parts from manufacturers to ensure that your products are working as originally intended. In many cases we have been called in to restore products that have been butchered by others.
If one of your customers call us direct (which happens quite often) we will either put them on to you or contact you ourselves to see how you would like us to proceed. It is in our best interest to be honest and transparent when carrying out jobs for other companies to build trust and develop a fruitful and beneficial working relationship that will hopefully last for years to come.
